In accordance with the terms outlined in the press release dated July 29, 2021 as featured below, on December 19, 2022 the company converted all outstanding debentures and issued 1,092,568 shares to debenture holders.  This increased shareholdings in the company to 16,190,458.  

In addition, 546,329 warrants were issued at $0.18 with an expiry date of December 19, 2023.
